MODEALISE RETURN POLICY

We want your purchases from Modealise to be perfect. Unfortunately an item fit may be slightly different than you expected. We’ll be happy to exchange your purchase for a similar or completely different item. We will also be happy to issue you a refund while we are temporarily closed during the COVID-19 situation only.

Please note that returns/exchanges must be requested within 72 hours of receiving your shipment. Store credit will be issued up to 60 days. Returns/exchanges must be returned within 14 days of your original purchase.

Modealise cannot accept returns on altered or worn merchandise. All original tags must be attached, the product must be in the original box, and the item must be in its original state to receive a refund or store credit. ModeAlise will not accept returns for gift cards or accessories.

Returns can be made by mail or in store. When mailing your return, please email modealise@gmail.com for a return authorization number with your reason for returning and a copy of the original receipt. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges/refunds will be issued upon arrival of your returned package. Please allow a few days for your return to be processed.
